He successfully invested into a commercial retail space, Second and Green Tavern, as a part of the new Winston-Salem Baseball Park District in the Downtown area. With personal experience in commercial real estate, John established Encore Realty Partners in 2016. Whatever you are looking for, John and his team are up for handling your unique situation. John currently lives in Winston-Salem with his wife, Kimberly, and daughter, Reagan. In his free time, John enjoys live music, deep sea fishing, and golfing.

Born and raised in the heart of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Sam Robinson brings a fresh take in real estate to the team. Sam attended college at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, then went on to obtain his Real Estate License through the Triad Real Estate School in 2015 under Gam Bates. Sam is thrilled to be a part of the Encore Real Estate Partners with John. He sincerely believes in cultivating strong personal relationships with clients to better understand their needs and desires. He has a strong passion for real estate and enjoys working one-on-one with individual clients to better focus his attention on their most important needs.
During his free time, Sam enjoys live music and spending time outdoors with his family and dogs. He is truly dedicated to helping others and assisting clients to achieve the property of their dreams.
